Leila, many thanks for the mention. As garbologist I thought you’d be one of the few who’d actually read/like the piece; never dreamed (hoped) you’d recommend it to others. [Unlike us, most people do NOT want to contemplate waste and its destination, much less discuss it in detail -- which is part of the problem in getting it dealt with properly, I feel.]
“As usual…exhaustive detail” eh? Your diplomatic way of saying I’m wordy and long-winded? LOL Guilty as charged! I need to allow myself some short-and-pithy entries sometime…

Hope I didn’t sound offended. I was smiling as I wrote that last paragraph — hence the “LOL” included. Trying to laugh at myself and my tendency to go overboard sometimes, especially when talking about waste topics.
