		<description><![CDATA[What strikes me about this plan is that there is no mention of trash in it.. No matter how good recycling might be in NY, there is always room for improvement, and it doesn&#039;t look like thats in the plan. The second thing is, there is also no mention of promoting cycling and improving conditions for cycling, which IMO kinda sucks.

Anyway, I just found your blog today. I love trash too :D I didn&#039;t know there was a blog about it... I&#039;ll be sure to come back for more!]]></description>
