This is a huge step backwards, not only in the history of modern sanitation, but also for environmentalism. This is bound to backfire, and it&#039;s nothing but a sham! Collecting taxes and fines in the name of the environment. Hey! Let&#039;s be strict on the real culprits, since we have so much time to devote to trash issues. Let&#039;s stop trash at the source and impose fines on manufacturers of products that aren&#039;t environmentally sound! Not the poor consumers who have to deal with maggots now!
