It was a great technology, and I&#039;m sad that it is fading. Tape was a huge part of my childhood and teenage years, beginning with recording the sounds of my every day life as a kid all the way to those mixtapes that were such a part of the teenage experience in the 80s and 90s. 

I hope you can channel that energy, it&#039;s a worthwhile idea for sure.
