china.jpg  It’s been a busy week for China’s State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA).  First, they laid down the blame for a 2005 chemical spill into the Songhua River.   Next, they take on mother England, joining forces with the EU to crack down on illegal trash imports.  Who knew the People’s Republic was so concerned with environmental justice?
