takeout.jpg I found this admirable GreenBiz link on take-out containers while contemplating/googling over-packaging. Consider this a call for entries. What’s the most ridiculously over-packaged food item you purchased in the past year?

    I am always torn between wasting food and asking for doggie bags, but now I just waste food. Last summer I asked to take my lunch leftovers at some reasonably nice restaurant a while ago, and although it all could have easily fit into one small box, I got 3 large aluminum containers – one for each food item.

    Airline food always seems ridiculously packaged to me.
