People at the Hopewell Valley Green Market expressed great surprise over everydaytrash.com coming “all the way” from Brooklyn to the market this weekend. All you city kittens, please take a look and see what you missed.

Thanks! It features the ball of wadded up paper as well, but was too long for our stall so the ball is around the corner π

I’m glad it has the wadded up ball, that is my favorite part!
I think you should have an interactive component to your booth: a basket ball hoop with a paper recycling bin underneath, and let folks toss wadded up paper thru the hoop and into the bin.

It was pretty interactive—we laid out objects that represented things we had blogged about and ended up in loads of interesting conversations. Most provocative to passersby, especially children, was a motorcycle made of soda cans and caps from Ghana and recycled paper beads from Uganda. Also, a random piece of cardboard that came as packaging for my Blackberry. More on that in a future post!
